Nano Fat Mesh Filter:
This is designed to be used for very fine injectable grafts. Re-usable outer case with sterile CETTA disposable mesh sets.
Micro/Nano Fat Filters are closed, sterile inline filters used to mechanically refine lipo-aspirate into smaller graft fractions without enzymes, typically via syringe-to-syringe transfer. Housings are usually transparent, low–dead-space medical polymers with male/female Luer-lock ends and optional integrated stopcocks to keep the workflow fully closed. Systems are offered in staged pore sizes (commonly ~400/200/100/50 µm) or mesh cartridges to achieve consistent particle reduction for microfat or nanofat use. They’re compatible with 10–60 mL harvest syringes and 1–10 mL reinjection syringes; gentle push/pull is recommended to limit shear. Components are single-use, EO-sterile, latex/DEHP-free, and supplied with IFU covering pore sequence, recommended volumes, and maximum pressures. Typical documentation includes CE marking/FDA class (where applicable), lot traceability, and room-temperature storage guidance. Intended for trained clinicians, these filters are used in aesthetic procedures (e.g., face, periorbital, scars, hands) in accordance with local regulations and institutional policies on adipose tissue processing.
